Sky Blue Peacock Shoulder Bag

A truly one-of-a-kind handcrafted bag in Italy inspired fabrics, this beauty is sure to be a conversation starter! Featuring the stunning cotton fabric "Afreschi Uffizi Ceruleo" of peacocks and hand painted flowers designed by Katarina Roccella for Art Gallery Fabrics. Her drawings are inspired by Florence, Italy, in particular the paintings of Botticelli.

This is a medium sized, lightweight shoulder bag with zip top closure and plenty of pockets to organise your everyday items.

FEATURES:

- a front angled slip pocket closing securely with a magnetic snap - perfect for keeping items such as sunglasses, tissues, hand sanitiser within easy reach. 

- a back full width slip pocket, also with a magnetic snap closure - for large flat items such as a notebook, small magazine or paperback. 

- a recessed, mustard zip closure with a circular "HANDMADE" zip pull for easy of opening.

- two inner slip pockets for smaller items

- a zipped inner pocket for keys, phone, passport, or anything that you need to keep extra secure.

- two interchangeable shoulder straps, both reinforced with a layer of woven cotton interfacing for added strength and snap hooks to attach to the sides of the bag.

MATERIALS:

- High quality materials and bronze metal hardware have been used to make this item.

- The feature Peacock fabric is in 100% organic cotton. 

- The contrasting exterior fabric is a pewter grey, hand dyed Essex linen. 

- The lining fabric is also in cotton, of blue and yellow tiles "Mosaico Pompei" on a white background by the same designer.

- The bag has a layer of foam wadding for a more 'bouncy' structure and all layers are reinforced with a woven cotton interfacing. 

- The flat base of the bag has a sturdier interfacing to remain upright.

MEASUREMENTS:

12" wide, 10" tall, 3" deep (31 x 25 x 8 cm)

The fixed length, shorter strap in pewter grey Essex linen measures 32" (81cm).

The longer, adjustable strap in the Peacock cotton measures 57" (145cm) when fully extended, enabling the bag to be worn crossbody style.
